no you're shitposting on Yea Forums
It does look pretty good on the Switch tho
It's not an ugly game at all
yeah true but the shitposters don't know that
it's better on switch desu, more soulful
the motion controls feel so good
Once you finish it on the standard difficulty have a go on the hardest difficulty if you can. It'll be tough at first and the load times might get to you, but once you start getting the weapon upgrades and suit enhancements you'll be in for a hell of a good time.
But only if you want to of course
PLEASE
PLEASE
EXPLAIN to me why anyone would pay $60 for this game when you can get it for $20 on PC with better graphics and controls
Is portability that important?
>the switch audience throws a fit when gyro isn't added to a game that could use it
>devs then add gyro
At least that's one thing nintendies are right to prioritize
Convenience and gyro aiming
Doom lends itself perfectly to the quick pick up and play nature of the Switch
Gyro unironically made the game better.
On PC the game is a meh shooter.
On the switch the wagglan is fun as fuck.
the game's shit, and that version is the shittiest way to play it to boot.
Even on PC it looks awful.
The game is fun.
Is gyro actually good in this game ?
I hated the Splatoon 2 controls
PC can't run any game that came out in the last decade
That's because despite being objectively the worst looking version, it is crammed in a screen with much higher pixel density than a tv or monitor, so it looks amazing.
If you hated them in Splatoon you probably won't like em here desu
Obviously you can turn them off though.
This. Gyro aiming may not be as precise as keyboard and mouse but it is leagues better than dual sticks and, in my honest opinion, more fun to play with than any other option.
This is one of those games I'd totally buy if it was 20 or lower and I played mostly in handheld mode. It's a meme but a lot of games, even downgraded like Doom here, actually still look pretty good considering they're being played on a handheld. I just use my Switch in docked mode at all times, I own the PS4 version, and got the PC version during a sale. It may not be the best version out there but if you wanna play it on the go it's not at all bad.
Anyone else not know what the fuck was going on story wise during their playthrough or just me?
Probably just you, and again, the story is about the thing that matters the least. Basically, you were being kept in enclosure by a bunch of scientists-turned-cultists so that you wouldn't fuck shit up, but lo and behold, the releasing of demons went right back on their face, and now you're dug back out to make them piss their pants. Or at least that's the premise.
First playthrough I had no fucking clue. Second and third playthroughs it made more sense, that and reading the lore collectibles.
