Then you exchange what you got for your gear along with the tomestone items and get a 390 version. The 390 version of the crafted gear doesn't let you overmeld, though.

I will say the "Warrior of Light is nowhere to be seen" bit was a nice touch but I agree the whole thing was a huge letdown.

With how much hype the Shadowbringers trailer is, I was expecting some good shit with this patch's MSQ. I was really expecting either Lyse, Hien, or Yugiri to die after the trial how it was building up drama about you not being there right a way to save everyone's ass. And I was expecting at least 1 Scion to wake up since they're all back in the trailer.

I'm afraid that they're gonna rush the plot in Shadowbringers because there is a lot that has to be covered now within the 70-80 quests. We knew why we were going to Ishgard at the end of 2.0 and we knew we were entering another war at the end of 3.0. All we know is "something-something pray go to the Crystal Tower "at the moment. There's no motivation as to why other than some guy who got lost on his way to Kingdom Hearts told us to.
