First run through of ME3 right now

There are some kino moments like the homage to Alien franchise with the rachni thing and the curing of genophage

I dread getting to the ending which everyone shits on. My body is not ready

Who do I romance on my first run in the first game, anons? I hate Ashley, but Liara seems ok. Gonna be tapping some Miranda booty in 2 though.

Liara, than ms. Lawson. Then either skip 3 or let your heart, dick or dice decide which.

The drop in writing quality was instantly noticeable in ME3 so i wasnt even disappointed by the time i got to the dreaded ending. I must have played through the first two 6 times each and when i finally beat 3 i just went to multiplayer without giving it much more thought. Fun game, just a campier story than it should have had with more sci fi cliches and shallower characters.

The first game is the one with the most soul. The world building was incredible and the writing was solid. I do wish some quality of life stuff that were introduced in 3 were present in 1.

Liara was so appealing in the first compared to Ashley so I chose her. I then couldn't resist Miranda's incredible plot in 2 but had I known Tali's route was so much lovable and meaningful, I would have chose her. Liara no longer has that same appeal in 3 thanks to Samara being the best looking Asari so I went for gay sex with esteban

I'm waiting for the true Mass Effect successor
