Raiden changed that. Kronika is the god of time like Raiden is the god of thunder. She wants to restore the original timeline where Shao Khan won and caused Armageddon by merging the realms.

MK10 Mileena is OLDER than The original timeline Mileena, if OG mileena had lived more, she would end up more Edenian than Tarkatan due to Shang Tsung's experiment being a perfect and more powerful clone of Kitana, since Shao Kahn wanted the perfect and loyal daughter, and Kitana was Rebellious.
If Mileena had lived on in mk10, she would end up as a 1-1 clone of Kitana in Mk11, and her teeth would be gone.
But its easy to see her being resurrected as a Vampire to keep her teeth
