CSP has more options and tools in general. Specifically brush customization and downloadable resources. But if you don't plan on getting in-depth with your tools then Sai is perfectly fine.
Actual alpha transparency support when importing images for reference for one. Overall CSP has a higher quality user experience, and so many tools to make your work easier when it comes to making stuff look good. Nothing that makes things possible you couldn't technically do by hand with "good old traditional skill" in SAI, just makes it easier and faster. And personally, the plain reference use 3D models you can import and overlay directly on the canvas are irreplaceable when it comes to plotting out composition and poses. That shit is so much faster than trying to sketch out something different ways first to decide which works best, and is more consistent than relying on imagination.

SAI and Autodesk are easy to pick up Manga Studio is very good but is now replaced by Clip Studio Paint (which goes on sale for 25USD/EUR pretty often and is very worth it) I've never used Krita but if you do, get the newer version from their official site as it's free.

Pro is limited to some small number of animation frames per file (you can just do whatever animation as long as you want across multiple files, copy out the last frame as the first one etc) Pro also can not do story files, so you have to do sequential art one page at a time.

I think you should study up some anatomy and do figure drawing practice because your stuff looks really flat and stiff. Even though those deal with realistic figures they still help a lot with more stylized body types. That being said keep up the enthusiasm user. So long as you don't settle too deep into your comfort zone you can improve a lot.
