This. While it's great to go back and experience the same maps, music and PQs, overtime it becomes apparent Royals doesn't deliver the best part of oldMaple: the 2005-2007 community.

Another problem is that due to the higher exp rate, you reach 4th job within like two weeks, and that's exactly where oldMaple got boring as fuck. Not many nostalgia players realize this because not many people were autistic enough to level that high in the good old days.

modern maple is pretty good aside from the massive p2w and dumb daily quests

All maple is good for now is "progression", leveling up and grinding, and with the cap at 275, your only hope of anything interesting happening is getting a really rare drop (droplets are like a 1% drop, source my ass because it's still shit) with no kish. I hope maple will soon be blown out of its last legs.

Oh yea, Maplefest is coming soon, gee I wonder if anything interesting will come out of it (it won't, again).
