With the current pajama event one can easily get another 10k crystals but its a slow grind since you don't level up as an owner unlike the first 10k crystals.

When you can't beat C-rank Festivals there's no more way to get crystals without paying up, so you have pray for at least one SSR. 2 SSRs can easily cheese the game save for the highest of ranks.

If you already have the girl you are aiming for never roll the shitty non-event gatcha that's available 24/7 unless you really like the swimsuit. Also that gatcha will never roll Luna/Tamaki/Fiona/Nagisa as non of their swimsuits are in the pool

If you fuse 5 SRs together you unlock a passive equippable skill for girl (usually +5% to stat). Not very effective now since they introduced awakening stones in later events and you'll get many skills from those.
So, you either fuse them for skill or sell for venus coins which can be used to buy hairstyles and photoshoot locations.
