Doesn't really matter what the rights holders say, since it's a game, not a story. It's impossible for the main character to be a Ventrue that sided with LaCroix and also be a Gangrel that betrayed his kindred for the Kuei Jin, yet both can happen in the game.
There is obviously one version of events canon to the metastory of World of Darkness, but like the tabletop games acted out by the game's players, playthroughs are not canon.

A recently sired vamp could if they had spent the past few decades believing that nothing else in the world was as bad as racism. Combine that level of conditioning with a shitty sire and the fledgling could use these old beliefs as a mental justification for feeding on people. it's a relative thing, a nubbie werewolf will wreck a nubbie vampire, elders are much harder targets because oftentimes they won't cheerily present themselves for a mauling, in vampire vs werewolf conflicts werewolves tend to find APB's out for them and shit like that, and they are surprisingly vulnerable to mental disciplines because the werewolf average willpower is actually lower than what you tend to see in most kindred.

as a malk? they lend themselves well to stealth with some of their dementation abilities and obfuscate, as for a combat style auspex can boost your perception at higher levels so they kinda mildly lean towards guns.

look, any combat style is viable, as a malk you'll probably use obfuscate to stealth murder some of the humanoid enemies easily, melee is viable you just don't have any specific discipline buffs to it beyond an opportunity to get a hilarious stealth kill animation chain. melee would be better than brawl for them at least since they don't have potence or anything.

ninja (personal history) malk with obfuscate and melee max is pretty much the best assassin in the game, some say nosferatus are better but I don't know why
it's pretty much a choice between maxing auspex or obfuscate and whether you go guns or melee
though guns are a lot better for many boss fights and certain enemies see through obfuscate
also after 100th stealth kill you'll probably start feeling a bit cheesy about the whole build, it isn't exactly "fighting"

I don't want to cheese the game or spend a very long time in stealth, I just want to be able to smack fuckers around and be able to drink some people to death.
