No. Back in 2013 I made a prediction that consumer-ready VR would be an underdeveloped gimmick until around 2025 and so far that seems to be right on track.

Honestly that's being pretty generous, motion controls have all but died outside of party games and gyroscope aiming.

I enjoy alot of VR games and with a mix of vorpx and other modding I play most non VR games in VR and nothing so far has actually gotten me motion sick

even when I tried playing PSO2 in VR with jet boots and a 1st person camera

Hell i've dropped hundreds of hours into playing doom wads in VR with tracked controllers

VR is not worth it for most but those of us autistic enough can squeeze alot out of it. Though I will way with all the new tech coming out for it even someone who likes it as much as me has to be honest and say its probably best to wait given the fact most the current tech is going to be replaced by better things and buying now while its fairly cheap for anyone with a decent income and a good PC already its just going to become a upgrading money sink

I preordered the Labo VR kit, it’s better than current VR by virtue of not being complete shit, and isn’t a $300 meme machine.
