MS is hosting it but putting less focus on it (they now have their own xbox event, they held it in mexico not that long ago), ps has psx and now this state of play shit, nintendo has directs. the PC show was never allowed to happen on e3 grounds so it was never part of it and could continue anyway (but probably won't).
The only company I'd really watch for is devolver, just to see if they hit or miss their retarded skits)
