There is no scenario where Clementine survives the Minnie run-in as written. Infection spread, blood loss, or just plain getting out without a foot are not reasonable options. This isn't S1 Kenny's miraculous off-screen escape, where he's fully able bodied and weaving through walkers. Its pure shit writing designed to make you sad, then happy because she's alive.
I was upset when Clementine "died", because Aj is terrible character and I wanted all the games I played to be worth more than him. I was even more upset when Clementine survived, because it makes zero sense. Its patchwork writing that gives no fucks about causality. The best ending would be one where they never put Clementine in that level of peril and find some other way to pass the torch off to AJ. Not that I want to pass the torch off to AJ, he's a shit character, but given the story commitment they'd put into him I'd be criticizing them if they didn't.

When Clem got bitten, it was night, while the barn scene took place the next morning. Significantly more time passed.

As for the episode, I thought it was whatever, just like the season, but seeing an end to Clem's story is sad desu. I had similar feelings when I finished Witcher 3 Blood and Wine, that sinking sensation of "welp, this is it then" after spending so much time with the character. I suppose you still get attached to a character even if their games and stories are nothing to write about (Clem has a good first season and a shit everything else, so why am I attached in the first place? A mystery to be sure).

Season 3 was a pile of steaming horse shit, but S4 was actually some of the best of the series.
I guess the tl:dr would be Clem ends up losing AJ in S3 and more or less the side story (since she isn't the main character) is her trying to get AJ back. It's never explained how she gets AJ back until S4 but Clem ends up going her own way and while driving through West Virginia she gets into a wreck and is rescued by some kids from a troubled youth home that they've turned into a fortress, two of which you have the opportunity to romance (Louis, some goofy wannabe entertainer from a rich family or Violet, a moody, borderlinesociopathic tough girl who hates everyone) Lilly returns during the season after years and becomes a supervillain who kidnaps the kids to use them as soldiers and takes them onto a ship she's commandeered. Clem and the gang build a bomb and try to blow up their ship to get rid of them, they end up getting captured on the ship after they plant the bomb and it blows up everything. The kids mostly survive but Clem gets bitten escaping afterwards. The surviving kids from the school go back and continue to live in the relative harmony they enjoyed prior to Lilly trying to use them as child slaves. AJ basically becomes Clem 2.0 but more of a psychopath. The end.

Lee chopped off his arm a lot later than Clem chopped off her leg. That's not the issues. The issue is that Lee's amputation was actually competent. Tourniquet, surgical tools, clean room, rolled up sleeve, the works. Clem's amputation was a botched mess with a semi blunt, walker guts covered weapon, wielded by a six year old, preformed in a dirty barn, over her clothing, with no way to stop the bleeding.
