That's what I do. For my drawings at least, I feel like lineart sucks the soul and energy out of the sketch. Plus, if I'm being honest, I find it quite tedious. Unless I'm going for a cartoony style I don't bother with lineart.

It really depends on the situation. Right is good because the animation in that specific cell or scene or whatever is meant to be stiff, so you want the overall look to be clean. Left can also be passable if the animation was more fluid such that you wouldn't really notice it, which unfortunately wasn't, god, super's animation was a real treat.

I can't quite recall how to explain the phenomena of some people preferring sketches over clean lineart, but I think it goes along the lines of how with sketches, our minds tend to pick out the easier lines of a sketch (which would naturally have more lines) to shape the drawing to be as logical to us as possible, whereas lineart, you don't really have that, and it would be easier to find flaws if there were any.

You were working on legs earlier today, i'm the one that told you your previous work had baby legs going on. Namine's right leg is attached at the side of her hip rather than under it. Her right shoulder blade is also too small. Her left eye is also a little misaligned, probably because you drew all of her face when that angle you'd only be able to see part of her face, unless she's an owl.
What you did well, she is almost perfect proportionally, which is optimal since perfection is boring and stale, yet close enough to an ideal. Your drawing also has depth, which gives the illusion of 3d, which is great. You drew the breast correctly. Surprises me how few artists want to draw nudes and don't get breasts right. I notice and appreciate the thick outlines; which I know many artists use to give them confidence in their lining. I also appreciate the very soft coloring, gives more emphasis on the misty environment of the sauna/bath she's in.
I look forward to seeing more of your work, and I hope that stepping out of your comfort zone wasn't too traumatic. Thank you for the picture
