What are your Specs and have you set the priority to high in task manager while the game is running?
After fiddling with my setting I somehow got the stuttering to stop for the most part.

It's a garbage port. It constantly fucking stutters. I had to go into the fucking ini to set maxfps to 60 and it DOESN'T EVEN WORK, THE GAME JUST IGNORES THE INI

I've tried normal, high, low, realtime priority in the task manager
I've tried fullscreen, borderless, windowed, vsync on, vsync off
I set the maxfps to 60 and it STILL fluctuates to 65+ and stutters every time it happens.

Disable discord overlay

Ok these are some of my settings

I turned off full fps in cutscenes
I play with vsync on with a 144hz monitor
graphic quality high
The games is also on a ssd
and keep the priority set to high
I turned off full fps in cutscenes

1060 6gb
10gb of ram

I don't see much stuttering

nividia could also be forcing certain settings in the nvidia control panel too

If nothing works, set everything to low and raise each setting individually

1. Go into task manager.
2. Right click on the Yakuza 0 process.
3. Change priority to high.
Then it should only lock up every hour or two.
