They already spoiled the "twist" in order to gain attention, also the trailer doesn't really show any substance aside some pre-baked rick and morty comedy, feels like the writers just stopped caring but they were too far into the project to quit

The improv he does for these games have been obnoxious every time. It only works in the interdimensional cable episodes because people are guiding his drunk ass and cutting the 95% of takes that don't work

Not defending it or anything, but apparently Roiland purposely didn't make the game Rick and Morty because he didn't want to be tied down on what he can do by Adult Swim and due to that they really went beyond the Rick and Morty typical edgy/cringe humor.

i watched it and i think that it's really fizzled out in quality since the first season, its focused less on just being a stupid fun cartoon with some bits of commentary and trying to stroke off the viewer's ego. "am i evil" "worse ur smart" is probably the single worst line i've ever heard in a television show ever, it doesn't seem like it knows if it wants to paint rick as a abusive nutcase thats a bad example or if he's a genius nihilist whose above everyone else because he's so enlightened
the first season was funny when it was fresh but it just feels like they already ran out of ideas and are trying to use a thick layer of irony to mask it
