Dude don’t impose limits on psi guys. Sure they’re op, but then so are tanks, HE, smoke grenades, and Blaster Launchers. Use as many as you like.

Last time we only used one (or two, I don't remember) psi units because first time we played, we used like 4 or 5 psi units and made Cydonia a joke. We need to put on some challenge in here to keep it fresh.
Cool; now we can immediately detect UFOs. If we raid another UFO, we can start making radar bases all around the globe.
