No, the World of Darkness was all gone except for a few islands floating in nothingness. So there's not a Crystal Tower on every world. The fanfest slides saying that it was warped to the First are important. You can even see in the trailers that the designs on the First's CT are Allagan which shouldn't be possible if they didn't have Allagans. It's only possible if it's the same CT from our world, transplanted across time and space.

There are other ways of going to the shards you dumbass. They just said that the reason why the WOL can tp back to Eorzea mid expansion is because of the echo.

I find it awfully early. We haven't even filled the map out but we already are nearing endgame. That should have been the Final expansion for XIV and not something in the middle. But I guess shit like this sells with bombastic headlines and gets the cancerous XIV community excited.

I dunno. On the one hand there's still a lot of Hydaelyn to explore (we didn't even see that much of Othard, actually - just some tiny slices of it compared to how much of Eorzea is represented). But on the other hand, they've made it clear for a long time that there are multiple Shards because of the Hydaelyn/Zodiark split, and that the Thirteenth is where all the Voidsent come from, so it's not really disappointing me that we get to see some representation of that part of XIV's universe, too?

It'll have to do with how well Shadowbringers pulls it off.
