I could only be disappointed by this. DL was a terrible grind to do anything and none of the weapons were fun. Now they're probably just going to add more Fire Swords, and even if it was FEH and not FE as a whole, Sharena and Veronica would still get shafted because lance sucks and Wand is unfun to play.

Dragalia lost has some of the absolute lowest gacha drop chances I have ever seen, coupled with wasting your pity rate on 5* summons or passive buffs.

There is no hook for this game, fire emblem is a very popular and old franchise also Cygames main game is filled to the brim with fanservice and they can't do that in dragalia.

when FGO and GBF came out there wasnt as much competition as there is today. GBF had absolutely gorgeous art and production values that stand above every other gacha game at the time. FGO had fatefans that stood with the game no matter what until it started to really explode in popularity about a year into the game when the VN portions of the game stood out as some of the best writing in video games.

We're in a competitive gacha market right now with the market leaders expanding on what they're doing except doing it better with a higher budget while other smaller gachas are still struggling to do anything right at all.

Aniplex really wanted Fate to get more anime and to become more mainstream but after Fate Zero they needed more time to release more things so they contracted DW to release FGO under the idea that it'll keep user interest for a while.
