no, most npcs are blind as bats, as long as you don't bump into them you'll be fine running in the middle of the road. You also get obfuscate. You don't miss out on any of the quests, but a lot of NPCs freak out when they see you, but a lot of them conveniently think you're either some kind of a leper or into weird body modding and stuff like that.

I'm glad they don't, songs with vocals often end up annoying me because the repetitiveness of hearing the same voice over and over causes an itch on my brain, that's usually not the case with instrumental songs. So I'm glad because I can listen to the same song 30 times in a row.

Nah it's just the case that often a specific section in a song the person doing the vocals fuck it up, some times very slightly, and while hearing it just a few times wouldn't cause someone to get annoyed by it, when you want to hear the sections you do like more than a few times, it definitely does. Like it or not the vocal cords are way harder to control, even for an experienced singer, than the muscles you use to play an instrument.

I love me some Lacuna Coil to death, Comalies is actually my favorite album, but their current direction only has the most threadbare ties to goth. Ghost In The Mist kills it on the chorus but otherwise Delirium's not really the same vibe as something like Swamped. Broken Crown Halo was closer songwriting-wise but the production's too lifeless.

I can see some metal getting in, although nothing too hard or close to some vampire themed black metal. Maybe some Red Fang or even some Black n Roll like Kvelertak. Some trap shit like Zillakami could also fit, maybe Ghostemane, they both seem obvious zoomershit that would fit.
