bullets were fine though. Especially since you could use health to get them, then heal that health back with rally.

It's good since you can't be a little bitch and spam the prosthetic in a contration.

spirit emblems were fine though. Especially since you could use health to get them, then heal that health back with deathblows

that fucking arm shit is useless anyways
only ever used it to kill sniper fucks with shuriken

They need to make the spear, axe, shield and combat arts have unlimited usage. The other prosthetics being limited makes sense.

spirit emblems are fine though. Especially since you can use vitality to get them, then heal that health back with breath of life: light.

i liked how you could exchange health for bullets to if you weren't getting hit
technically you can do that in sekiro but it's much more limited, and 5 emblems seem to get you much less mileage than 5 bullets.

There seems very little reason to not just start you off with refilled emblems/bullets/vials, enemies could still drop them in the field to replenish on the go just like currently.

Shield is ultra god tier against fire/terror which your parry does literally nothing against. Firecrackers are top tier in basically any fight

I've never even played sekiro. Waiting for a price drop since it doesn't have multiplayer. IF the spirit emblems use a similar mechanic then there's nothing wrong with it either.

You can use health to get them?

I always interpreted the sprite as a car ornament of a some kind of bird.

in sekiro you can only do it after killing a certain optional mini boss, and it's limited to 3 times per 'bonfire' and deals slightly more damage (half your max health instead of like 40% in bloodborne).

The axe is basically required for some enemies with shields.
A lot of the prosthetics work like Zelda items in fights, but they're artificially limited.
Some, like Shurikens I understand. But why I need to expend paper to use a spear in conjunction with my normal sword I have no idea.

But you have to unlock all of that functionality while quicksilver bullets and rally were available right from the start.

That argument would hold up if no guns cost more than 5 per use, if you could exsanguinate more than once, or if guns were even fucking good. Its obvious they wanted a "parry attempt meter" but neutering gunslinger builds wasn't the answer.

Why the fuck can't I throw shurikens? I have 15 spirit emblems and pressing R2 does fucking NOTHING.

Yes I have the prosthetic equipped.

This also killed any sense of progression in the game because finding a new prosthetic didn’t feel like it expanded your play style because it had limited use. Instead it’s forgotten until you get to a boss that requires that gimmick.

i don't suppose you're retarded enough to be trying to throw shurikens in a zone where your weapon's sheathed?

It's not even like they don't have weaknesses anyway, so I don't see why they need to be limited.
If they were OP, I could understand, but they're really not.

>no response
a-user? you weren't actually doing this right?

I hope a mod changes this soon. It’s the only gripe I have with the game.

literally all they had to do was give you reusable low to mid level stickers and have high level ones consumable and leave the really powerful ones recoverable like they did. game could have been good but was ok at best and irritating at worst, at least stickers were abundant.
