What the fuck are you talking about? Chrono Cross is one of the most beautiful games ever made and it's the primary reason I hate that games moved away from pre-rendered backgrounds with the PS2.

I never had a problem with XIII. Towards the last third of the game just before you head to Pulse and what not the combat system really kicks in. Responding to enemy attacks by switching paradigms and setting up large damage dumps really felt good, and knowing when to use auto-battle and when to pick your commands was pretty much required to 5 star stuff and beat some of the extra content. It being linear never bothered me because the story doesn't give the characters much chance to sit around and do random shit with them spending most of their time as fugitives on the run. Most of the characters were also enjoyable with way too much development compared to a lot of other games. That being said, I could never get into 12.

You never say anything good about your game; all you do is shit on the people who don’t like it. It’s almost as if you don’t like Cross at all, and instead want to start a new kind of flame war on this board because you know how many Triggerfags browse here. This feels like some massive trolling trend. These threads don’t feel genuine; there’s too much aggression towards the “other fans”, and not enough love towards the game you’re supposedly defending. Literally why do you even like this game in the first place?
