honestly GSP means nothing, I play against 4.28 elite Zelda mains that just spam neutral B after literally every attack and then I play against some 3.5mil Snake that goes for crazy nade/grab setups and is able to do the b-reversal mixups for his recovery. The only thing a high GSP means is that you dont rematch ever so nobody can counter your gimmicks

I'm not convinced that he lacks potential, just have a little faith. That said, it's totally bullshit how his belly can crack, totally unneeded downside even if, on paper, it seemed logical given how much he can do. Needs its damage limit buffed drastically at the very least.

The only time I have had the belly break is against stuff that one shots it like counters and smash attacks from super heavies. I really dont think its a big issue

K Rool can condition them to approach but zoning a bit himself

Another K Rool tip, if they are on ledge, fire your canon ball, as they will stay on ledge until it passes over, you can quickly jump forward and start succ once canon ball passes, 9/10 they get up from ledge and get right in the gun

It happens like once every other match with me, and it feels dirty when I win that way. And even then, making it safer would allow K.Rool players to make much more liberal use of some great moves.

What else does he need, anyway? I'm still not sure what makes him so supposedly bad among other heavies, Dong is combo bait too but he's still great.

Chrom is such a easy matchup for K Rool, get him off stage and counter his up B. Even if you get combed just reset off stage as he cant reach you.

I only played Krool because of all the butthurt he generated

K. Rool is far from the only character they did this to. They're still doing it with certain other fighters that will go unnamed. If brainlets on Yea Forums can't figure a character out, they will automatically assume they're broken. The only "honest" characters are the ones they can beat reliably.

Nigga, K.Rool has one of the coolest characterizations and fighting styles in the entire game, as does Ridley. It's a lot more fun, even as the player, to watch a feral beast tear some new assholes than what most of the roster can do.
That said, I'll admit Ultimate's higher tiered characters are mostly pretty cool and fun as well, but I'll take a viable screaming space dragon with an utterly brutal moveset and style over a viable anime swordsman, and I say this as someone who finds Lucina really cute.

Tweek was doing really well with Ridley and when he was losing it was because he was playing against Palutena that just eats super heavies for free and they were still close games

I play as both, but I only prefer Richter just because I think he is more hot.

They really should have gave them more difference than an element on the most pathetic projectile in the game, even Peach and Daisy’s differences make them play different.

I wish Simon was more power based and Richter more dexterity based

I play them both because I'm a big Castlevaniafag. I prefer Simon but lean more towards Richter because Simon doing slide and dive kicks looks weird to me and I'm incredibly autistic.
