Itt: dumb shit you never forgot about

>hey guyz, I just remembered something...for the 10th time!
>I'd rather have the boy I want to protect the most be sent to prison than tell you how I did my show

Everyone in AC aside from the MCs and their assistants are assholes.
Fucking this guy gave Phoenix forged evidence, had him stripped of his badge, driving him to work as a poker player, then tries to cheat against Phoenix and ruin his reputation even though the money is what is supporting his daughter that he abandoned with Phoenix.
What the fuck was his problem?

You post anything from "That case"
It's everything you possibly could do wrong with Ace Attorney in one case.

This was the worst fucking thing. I can't believe how poorly written that entire case was. The magician's code is bullshit as it is, but when you're in a court of law over a fucking MURDER, your code is even more ridiculous.

I’m an idiot so what was bad about this case?

In Spirits of Justice. Maya withholding the fact that Durkhe is dead.

Like 3 innocent people knew what actually happened but would rather let the young laddie die than break personal professional ethics.

I think he blames Phoenix for what happened to him, and he never cared for his daughter outside of her carrying on his legacy.

He's usually criticized for never getting called out on his bullshit, but I really think the game didn't want you to like him, and being a huge asshole was intended.

>Sure, Thalassa, I'll tell Trucy and Apollo that they're biologically related
>some day
>maybe
>if it ever comes up
>alright if they ever fuck I'll tell 'em then

>"Let's watch the tape again!"
>The victim can't possibly tell you who killed him before he died despite the killer having hair that looks like a dick
>Piano fuccboi just gives a vague answer for why he helped the killer

Why did the killer had to follow the lyrics anyways? I forgot if that was even explained

Vex Motherfucking Vulper thread?

Trucy does the same thing in one of the audio dramas.

>hey you know the gun in the evidence?
>the very heavy one?
>yeah with the huge recoil
>the one that can dislocate a grown man's shoulder if fired incorrectly?
>yeah that one, anyway this small kid used it to shoot the victim

Because the killer knew the police were stupid enough to take the idea of a killer fitting his murder to a song at face value
Which makes a degree of sense when you remember the killer is a detective, so if anyone knew the police would be that stupid it'd be him

An actual fun part of this case was when Apollo rejected the idea of the kid being blind and instead explained that the 2 shots were because he's just a kid lmao
oh right it was a red herring

>dumb shit you never forgot about
Literally every final case in AA ever. They get increasingly dumb as the series goes too but it was always pretty ridiculous right from AA1.

>Victim dies instantly from a broken neck.
>Autopsy report says so.
>Game doesn't allow you to point this out.

And this time no one updated the autopsy report.

>no way to win the case
>present fake murder weapon with the witness' prints on them
>witness calls you out that its not the murder weapon
>"Aha! Only the killer would know the murder weapon! You are the killer!"
Honestly Wright should have had his badge stripped long before AJ

this one will never stop being funny

I mean he fucked up so bad that even the prosecutor could only say "Yeah, you're fucked"

That's ok, sweetheart. Let's play the tape one more time.

>She was blind
>She got hit on the head
>Managed to run toward the instrument case and hide in there in seconds
Fucking seriously?

>prove it was literally impossible for the kid to have been the killer in about five minutes
>still have to prove who else did it

I know that's standard for Ace Attorney but this was that at its most extreme

the AA series just likes to abuse Apollo
