For melee it's good. For locks? You don't really care. About as useful as perception.
Warlocks get 1% crit from 60.6 int. I don't really how much int you can expect to have in raids. Something like 400? That gets you about 0.3% crit, essentially irrelevant.
I'd rather take 10% faster rep grinds. I don't remember if the WSG/AB stuff is good for warlocks, but those rep grinds are so fucking obnoxious that 10% more rep is a godsend. You definitely wanted Zandalar to exalted as well, and that saves you 10% of your time. Some of the other factions are useful as well.
