She had two playable stages on story mode in some random event, people saw her and complained on the capcom forums 3 months later her first trailer appeared with her being killed in front of Jill. It is no coincidence her stages were cut and she was demoted to an extra character on raid mode. I don't see why Capcom would do this since they have more sexualised females on RE and all their other franchises but they did.
