Here's my problem with this

I was thinking yesterday about a potential possibility. If Sakurai were to ever step down from the director's chair of the series Ultimate would be the time to do it, even he's aware the games will keep going like he said in that one Direct. What if the person he wants to take control of the series from here-on-out will be responsible for oversight of other DLC to sort of test themselves?? It would be a lot smarter to have a new lead working on DLC for a pre-established game to show they have what it takes instead of jeopardizing an entire new Smash game from scratch with them as their first run instead
