I actually have no idea. I don't know if he'd team up with the DMC gang, even though they have demon blood, to slay hordes of demons, or if they'd slug it out. Doom guy didn't immediately annihilate Hayden despite him being responsible for all the bullshit in D44M, so maybe a teamup would work. Despite being eternally pissed off, he seems semi-reasonable.

He let a demon help him by reforging his armor into what it is now. Said demon is called 'The Wretch" by hell, who mention him committing "heresy" by being "Loyal to his evil cause." In short, we see that Doomguy is capable of reasoning with demonic characters as long as they're no the typical murderous creature demons usually tend to be.
Come to think of it, the new doom eternal gameplay has me thinking he could even make for an entertaining playable character, given the implied use of the crucible as a sword and his increased mobility compared to DOOM 2016.

This would depend on whether or not Doomguy is out to kill Max.
If he is, it would just become a large game of hide-and-seek until Max gets a nosebleed and faints from rewinding time a million times. At that point, Doomguy would just squash her head like a melon.
If not and there's demons, Max would likely just take pictures of the Slayer's "Hella Awesome" glory kills.
