Do blue light lenses for glasses really help?

You should take care of your hands and legs as well. If your fingers or wrists start hurting, stop. Blood clots can be dangerous if you sit at a desk a lot. Make sure to walk around every hour or so. Drink lots of water so you have an excuse to get up.

Yes

To late for me i'm using lenses now.

yeah they help you gain money from retards that get all their info from clickbait and psuedoscience

Lmao what do I need eye sight for if I'm forced to avoid looking at things I want to see just to keep being able to see?

I have never heard a ophthalmologist say screens can damage your eyes

Remember to keep attending English classes, moron.

>Need glasses because to much video gamea
>Went to bed two nights ago and can't find them
Shit guess I'm driving blind. Wish me luck fags

I never hear ophthalmologist say anything helpful about taking better care of your eye sight other than "BUY THESE GLA$$E$ WE JUST SO HAPPEN TO SELL".

>end up getting glasses
>don't even realise how shit my eyesight was
It's crazy

>computer is always a set distance from face
>go for years with the same glasses
>get new ones and realize how much better you see now

its quite a difference but I still aint paying 400 dollars for an eye test and new glasses every single year

Mine usually gives a tip that's like "if you see bright flashes of light for no reason you should see a doctor"

Too late, I'm already a demon

>now everyone's uglier
>especially yourself

reminder to avoid monitors with pwm dimming as they flicker like hell and will kill your eyes.

It's just the new version of the "Don't sit too close to the TV, you'll ruin your eyes!" old wives tale.

Oh, you get your eyes checked in a glasses store? I only do that for diopter checkups, nothing major.

Yeah, this happened to me last summer. I've always had trouble reading things from a distance. Like, if I'm driving I can't read a sign until I'm almost right up on it, but it's just reading from a distance that's an issue. I managed to skimp by the eye test when I got my driver's license at 18, but at 29 I couldn't scrape by anymore and needed to get glasses for driving. I was pretty underwhelmed at first because aside from being able to read from further away, basically nothing else was different. I could see cars from the horizon as easy as ever. Then I put them on at night and damn, that's was a whole different experience. I won't drive without glasses at night anymore.

>TFW ive wore glasses since i was 4 years old
>TFW if I took them off I couldnt see the screen on the laptop in my lap.

Lucky for me I dont have to care.

>passed the eye exam for a driving license but get specifically told that i barely did and should get my eyes checked
>can't read your average printed roadsign until i'm within like 100 feet of it
My parents would never believe me whenever I told them my eyesight was already worse than theirs when I was growing up. I keep putting it off but I know I need to just go and get some fucking glasses already. I'm sure I'll be amazed.

The article doesn't even mention any permanent damage.
>eye strain and dry eye
Oh, no. Whatever shall I do?

>>eye strain and dry eye

Dry eye can cause retinal detachment and bring problems to the eyes

That might explain why my NEET ass developed inconsistent exotropia in one eye because I know I sure as fuck wasn't born with it but everything I find online says you're pretty much always born with it.

Most of Yea Forums is already Damaged, and anyone who isn't will probably ignore you. Everyone thinks that it won't happen to them.
