By having job experience, duh.

get a job or go back to school
figure out what you want to do and focus yourself and your actions to doing it
do your best to identify the thoughts you have that are limiting yourself and try to recognize them as such when they come to you
you'll still have those thoughts, but you'll be amazed at the difference in their effect on you if you simply think "man, these thought patterns are a hindrance to me" as soon as you start thinking them

Apply online if applicable. If not go inside and ask if hiring and for application. Call them back after like 2 weeks max, recommend going in person and mentioning how you applied. make non autistic social interaction with "the manager".

You will then have a job for a resume, and work 20-30 hours a week.

Apply to slightly less miserable job. Do for a few more years and finish college/trade.

All degrees are a mistake desu. Networking and actual work experience is what matters. You can have a highschool diploma and make 100 k. You just need to be friends witht he right people and have some work experience. They will train you if they like you, no matter how dumb you are. They are just as stupid.

I stopped being a NEET via joining the Army and becoming a cyber nerd. It’s pretty comfy since I get out around 2-3 everyday and I get to workout on my own. There’s a bunch of other nerds and weebs in my field as well.
