Ive only killed the red eyed giant miniboss and am currently in the flashback now, so far it has been pretty fucking good and far better than either DKS2 or 3

I dont like to give overall opinions about games anymore before actually fully beating them and having all that context but if it gets better than it currently is I dont see any reason why this wouldnt be treated as the new ninja gaiden black

Why does it feel like such a chore to play? I can look at the game and clearly see it's well made, but every fight feels like an absolute grind. I can't play it for more than an hour before I want to go do something else.

It's not like I can't progress. I just feel no satisfaction. Especially when beating bosses. Either I'm missing something huge or every boss is just spam attacks and parry them until you get a guard break. God forbid you should ever stop to heal or die and their meter goes back to zero.
