Since it is also the 8 man raid we could easily be looking at a Ninja/BLU (minus limited job) situation. Maybe she shows up in the 2nd or final stage of the raid, and that's when they add the class.

Walk into a marsh in Brayflox's Longstop and a water-type oGCD buff and mud or grass GCD ability pop up for use. Theme the rest of their skillset around earth, wind, water, maybe fire and metal or wood (per Hingan/Othardian elemental dichotomy) and slap on some panic-heal oGCDs and we're good to go.

Eh, I tried to keep it realistic, and sticking with the stock-standard healer moveset (attack, heal, big heal, panic-heal oGCD, DoT) with a context-sensitive Geomancy ability strikes me as perfectly reasonable in the context of Astrologian being WHM with an off-SCH stance, cards, and shittier Holy to set it apart. Context-sensitive abilities fit the terrain-based aspect of GEO and could be interesting for raids where a GEO might be insanely useful for one raid but not have such insanely useful abilities on the next tier.
