Nintendo is working with Spike Chunsoft on Cadence of Hyrule. They were responsible for publishing the original Crypt of the Necrodancer in Japan, and in doing so they added Danganronpa themes and characters. That's the only connection I can think of. How convenient that this collaboration was announced mere days before this leak.

Regardless of this being real or not, a moveset that's basically a bunch of characters in one without swapping between them actually sounds interesting. I could see it working for something like, say, Wonderful 101 or a Rhythm Heaven character that changes between different characters for attacks. I mean, I guess Olimar and Pikmin already have the vibe of a lot of characters in one, but it isn't quite the same.

The only way I could imagine this working out is if they are all alts of eachother and share some moves inbetween them. But then again, that makes no fucking sense since someone like Olberic is way bigger than some other characters and there's a big difference between a dancer and a knight. It just wouldn't work. They either pick one of the travelers or nothing. And that would likely boil down to the most popular one.

All I know is a bare mimimum understanding of the moveset(s) and that the character exists.
That's where tride and true speculation comes in, the render will probably be a big one with all eight.
Source the claim of indies and any western character not being able to get a playable rep that isn't patterns and your own biases before claiming you destroyed me with "facts and knowledge".
