PSTV is a moderately good emulator box (no N64) that also plays PSP and Vita games. PSV is the same except portable and it has the best build quality of any handheld.

Vitashell (this will auto-install when you hack it)
Retroarch
Adrenaline (allows access to the built-in PSP)
AdrenalineBubbleManager (direct bubbles to PSP games)
PKGj or NoPayStation for PC (pirate games directly from Sony servers)

essential plugins:
NoNpDrm (play pirated games)
ref00d (play games locked to a higher firmware version)
StorageMGR (for using an SD2Vita)
LOLIcon (overclocking)

I don't have a Vita but I enjoy these threads. Makes me wish I had the time and money to get one and enjoy it.

superbeats is alright I guess but I just couldn't get behind the gameplay of Techinka Tune. Haven't tried Project Diva yet though so that might be good, but I'll just stick to playing Arcaea on my phone.
Playing Extella Link and VLR now and feel good.

If you're into Persona, the Persona dancing games are pretty decent.

I'm sure a new exploit will surface soon. At least I sure hope so, have 2 friends on 3.69.
You can always sell it and try finding a 3.68, but honestly, I'd just wait unless you're in a rush to play Vita games (which, I doubt, even if I love the console)

It was cracked in fall last year but they said they won't release it until Vita is cancelled(which they knew was coming).
Now it's cancelled so I'm just waiting.
