Ellie isn't realistic she's basically just what they did to Lara Croft, stronk womyn with bow who slaughters dozens of adult men and takes completely absurd amounts of damage but comes out fine. A single solid hit with a blunt object from a 200 pound adult man would instantly take her out but no she's a "survivor" look she has freckles on her face that means she's believable.

She is cute. In a dorky kind of way.
