Kairi has no personality. It feels like at the end of Kh2, he realized she was useless for so long. So he gave her a keyblade to keep her as a part of the story. By KH3, he was bored of that subplot and didn't bother to do anything with it. Only paying lip service to it.

Not counting the FM scenes everything he said was just foreshadowing Roxas/Sora, including the FM scenes it's just foreshadowing BBS. It's a mini-game rush, that doesn't force it into some overly long page hunt just to unlock the next mini-game for you to forget about once you get the max score you need for the top prize.

It's sad but I think it really is over, even if we get a dozen more games. The only reason fans put up with all those spinoffs was because there was a presumption that it was all leading up to something spectacular, the ultimate KH game. But KH3 was not only not spectacular, it felt so blatantly unaware of how poorly conceived and disrespectful it was, that I can't muster up any hope of KH ever returning to the magic of 1&2, never mind a grand fantasy adventure that surpasses them.

Best case scenario, in the future there'd be a fresh new colorful action RPG franchise that takes some influence from the best parts of KH.
