if people want to go around and explore without getting attacked why wouldn't they just do it in single player where theres actual content and decent random encounters? the multiplayer has absolutely nothing going for it other than pvp and now rockstar wants to kill that

doubt it, even my normie coworkers have lost interest in RDO a long time ago. the game is actively trying to stop you from PVPing, and there isn't enough content or functionality in the game for those that have no interest in pvp in the first place
