Yes, for better or for worse, they delayed until summer with PS4 shit. As of like an hour ago, their was an update and it actually seems like the servers are up.

I remember back on 1, things like this did happen a few times. But it was usually VS and TR teaming up to shitcan big blue since they kept taking over every god damn continent. Even got to take part in one that walled up NC in their sanctuary for a few hours.
