DMC4 is gonna be there for the pros, it has more mechs and combo potential than the 5 , also in 4 u can fly around

Since 5 still doesn't have BP, 4 is still the best BP simulator. That and guardflying.

Unless you're the type of person who wants to S rank every stage in every DMC, there's no reason to go back to 4. 5 is better in every way.

This. Gameplay wise, 4 feels faster and you can do a lot more tricks with inertia. And you can teleport all over the place DBZ style. 5 feels so slow and there's enough for Dante or V to do, even less than the extra characters did in 4.
DMC5 is a great game, but 4 is better in my opinion. Not even just in gameplay, 4's cutscenes were more charming and memorable. Nero's interactions with Uncle Dante were nice. 4 had better bosses. Credo as an enemy > anything in 5.

Yeah user, there are not enough mechs, not enough inertia.The only good shit about dmc5 in gameplay is prolly that they fucking took away gilgamesh ; cerberus is back and prolly faust hat and sumoned swords and maybe more, idk.But it has less mechs lul

In DMC4:SE you can play as Vergil.
It's a great experience.
Credo is one of the best bosses in the series.

Eeeeeeeh, 4 has Vergil and BP, so for right now I can still see myself going back. Also Credo and Berial are fun.
Obviously 5 will also have Vergil and eventually BP, but I want to see what 5vergil has to bring to the table besides Sin DT
