Grab the GOG copy off of your favorite torrent site. Dont buy it no one who made it gets money anymore just Activision I think.
Google vtmb mods and go to the mod db site.
Install the unofficial patch over the game. Try the other mods later.
DO NOT CHOOSE MALKAVIAN OR NOS FOR A FIRST PLAY THROUGH.
Malks are insane but can percieve things other cant and half the dialog options are jokes youll only get if you played the game before. As for Nos youll need to use the sewers too much better if you know the game first.

I've played Malkavian every time. It doesn't hurt that Malkavian female is the sexiest, and malkavian male is hilarious.

Malks better when you know the future shit your character is referencing. It also adds value in replays. Otherwise you are just guessing. Only thing that might be good is guessing what the other characters are hiding the first play through.
