We have BloodGDX which is so accurate to the original game's mechanics you can run original demos on it.
There's also a new challenger, NBlood, though I prefer GDX.
You can buy the original game from either GoG or Steam and then slap this on it and go. Runs fuckin beautifully.

Blood is shit. It's 90% cheap deaths and hitscan. It has trial and error gameplay where you have to die 10 times a map until every enemy placement is seared into your mind. That's not fun gameplay.
The artstyle, voice work, weapons, theme everything is fantastic. Except the gameplay.
