You gotta use ds4windows, and also in sekiro you have to enable "hide ds4" in settings for some reason

i got it to work with big picture for some reason, it works for some games and some not for some reason.

All i had to do was go into steam's controller settings and disable motion controls, but i have been fucking up button prompts because of xbox icons, and i keep pressing square to attack because i forget i'm not playing Nioh.

Crossposting from another thread because it took me forever to figure this out myself
1. DS4windows has to be in exclusive mode(close steam and shadowplay before you launch it)
2. Your controller has to be the first entry in the usb controllers list in windows; You'll have to uninstall any virtual controllers if you have any(vjoy, joy2key, etc) and check the hide DS4 option in DS4windows.
