Wasn't that the creepypasta about the arcade game that gave children weird side effects like seizures and self-harm? I love stories that don't rely overly on blood and gore and instead go for a much more tame and realistic approach. Like there was a Rayman creepypasta that I read once where the author played a beta version of a scrapped game where Polokus went crazy and started devouring the lums. I know it doesn't seem like much but it just goes back to my point about how creepypastas are better when they have these cryptic, almost whimsical tones as opposed to straight up edgy horror because that way you can almost believe that it actually happened.
