I have hope for the first-person view because one of my beefs with W3 was how the camera could sperg out on you during fights with multiple enemies
An easy drawback to homing bullets could be having them not magically aim for the weak point that's pulsing red. Go ahead and waste all that ammo plinking against shielding instead of manually aiming, though
