Remove the hurt box on Mewtwo's tail and shadow ball "auto stores" like Samus's beam.
Make Ridley a superheavyweight, or at least heavier than he is now. It's literally all he needs to shoot up a tier.
His recovery wouldn't be "too good for a heavy," Dedede and Charizard have multiple jumps each and K.Rool's is dumb. The "he's a giant dragon so he should be hollow" argument is retarded, there is no reason he should weigh less than Samus. He moves too fast? Can't fight zoners and Bowser has a fast dash too. His moveset isn't even that amazing, it's not like he'd become some unkillable god character that the fucking swordies would have to descend from their thrones in high tier to deal with.
There is literally no argument that he should not be at least 115 or 116. It's fucking ridiculous. He has the biggest fucking hitbox in the game, the least they could do is throw him a goddamn bone and make him heavier.
Something I had to get used to as a Sonicfag is trading my back air for the forward air as Sonic's reliable kill/gimp move, since it seemingly is the only aerial move that got a better hitbox than a completely fucked one between games, like the other user said

Either make his fair more useful for approaching or completely axe the mechanic where you can lose the crown from a bad throw. It'd keep the ability to go past shields, but lose the super armor at the start of the toss in return for just having the crown pop back on his head after he loses it. Ridley needs a buff, I love the big guy but playing him feels like you're playing with shackles on. Any single of these buffs would do wonders for the guy.

It's pretty easy. He's easy to Zone and makes great Galaxian combo fodder. When you put hydrant down. Consider preemptively putting a trampoline in front of the hydrant. Do not toy with ganons and do not engage unless they're already in a hitstun with a fruit. Recovery is tricky. Always recover low vs ganon. Use the time in air to charge fruits. The MU is HEAVILY in Pac's favor. Just dont do any CQC bullshit and have good shielding timing. Also do not spam roll

I would also buff Sheik somehow, and Zelda. A lot more characters need buffs in minor ways but I main Falcon so I'm a biased cunt like everyone else. Aerials: Give Kirby's Uair a sweetspot at the center of the arc that has massive base knockback, sends straight upward and kills from the top platform of BF around 120% instead of the current 180%.
Swallow: Let him spit any projectile he can inhale instead of automatically swallowing projectiles for 1% and getting punished during the animation. Also, swallowing any of a character's projectiles allows you to copy their neutral B.
Wii Fit main here - make her volleyball connect with her head more reliably. I've had countless matches where I'm midair and I just fully miss it. Also widen the hitboxes on her forward air, make the two hits of neutral air link together more reliably, and make the lunge in her jab bury more often.
