yeah sure, it'll sell well there as it's fitting for the platform due to being able to play co-op at any point. Personally, I was going to get it on steam when the DLC hit but now I'll just get it for switch instead

the game has been out on pc and xbox for a decent amount of time so there isnt much reason not to at this point given whatever exclusivity contract they had with Microsoft is probably done
