I have depression and I need a comfy game to soothe it
What should I play on PS4
Tetris Effect
Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth
My dead fish wife is pretty cute!
Can you still get Suikoden 1/2 on PSN?
Persona 5
God of War
The Last of Us
Uncharted 4
Witcher 3 GOTY
Horizon Zero Dawn
Spiderman
Only 2 of those are comfy
Stardew Valley or Animal Crossing
Didn't see only PS4, but AC should be easy to emulate.
Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age
if i'm feeling depressed, i want to play depressing games. trying to play something comfy and happy is just like running away from it.
I don't know if it will help you, at least no game helped me
Journey
Sekiro releases friday
Bloodborne
Rune factory
I actually played my roomate's copy of Ocarina Of Time in college when I was super depressed after a break up and even just having a quest like that to do after class was something that kept me going.
Persona 5 made me forget about my depression while I played it
I find MGSV extremely chill to play. I can sneak around, I can shoot shit, I can just fuck around. I don't know if it's comfy, but I get a unique feeling from it.
It's always the game I pop in when I feel particularly down nowadays.
I honestly can't believe it came out so long ago now.
>iPhone filename
You're no older than 22.
>I
No one knows or cares who you are. This means nothing.
>have depression
Depression doesn't real. Even if it did, why did you feel a need to include that you are in possession of it? Your depression has nothing to do with videogames. If you were actually concerned about your depression, you wouldn't be browsing one of the internet's most depressingly unhealthy and insulting places.
>I need
You need air, water, food, and sleep. You WANT people to give you replies to your thread to stave off your crushing loneliness. You're not going to play anything posted in this thread, you're going to compulsively hit the refresh button to see who posts.
>a comfy game
See above about you not actually playing games. Even if you did, "comfy" doesn't mean anything. This plays into the fact that you care more about the fact that people understand you're depressed and give you superficial attention than videogames; you don't care what people post so you keep the topic vague, it's only important that they post at all.
>to soothe it
Soothe is a pretentious choice. No one says soothe in real life. You never say soothe in real life. Type how you talk.
>What should I play on PS4
This is redundant beyond specifying a platform, which you've only done to maintain the illusion that you will actually play a videogame. You won't. I can't stress enough how little the chances are that you will play a videogame. You are the antithesis of videogames. Videogames are fun, take years of hard work and effort to produce, and bring joy to thousands of people. You are lame, took 15 minutes in the back of a Ford Pinto, and suck the very soul of joy out of anyone unfortunate enough to talk to you. Please never make a thread again. Thanks.
>(you)
As a Pokemon fan originally, I have absolutely no idea what Digimon is. Is this a good game to start the series with?
Dark souls 1-3. Plat them back to back.
Witcher 3 is max comfiness.
Night in the Woods
Spyro Trilogy
Poi
Get an open world game and lose yourself doing everything. I'd recommend something from Ubisoft like Assassins Creed Black Flag or Odyssey.
Try reading over games. Get some Alan watts, Carl Yung Dostoevsky, and most importantly Camus. Camus should have been basic highschool reading I fucking swear.
reading is boring m8.
On PS4 every game is comfy since you basically don't even have to play them these days. Anything Naughty dog you can play one-handed if you want to fap while you play.
Pure autism
bookfags are not welcome
>Depression doesn’t real
i stopped reading after you couldn’t put together your second sentence properly. type how you talk, shit for brains. how’s that?
weak derailing.
Tomb yourself
camus is so boring
assassins creed oddysey
Spider Man
Jurassic World Evolution for maximum comfy
So is turning into mold as depression and apathy take every pathway of life from you.
>tfw enjoy reading alot
>read RPG books, game manuals and info, vidya sites and random literature, from scientific documents to random smut, 24/7
>can't stand actual books
Help
pic related just came out today and it's super comfy - assuming you like roguelikes.
i love this game too, but it's been delisted from the digital store, so you have to buy it physical.
right, so if you know it wont really help OP then why even bringing it up?
Atelier Luna
Tales of Vesperia if you like weebshit.
Has a lovely cast, you can pretend you have friends.
>What should I play on PS4
Fable series is fucking comfy. Oh wait.
cyber sleuth and its midquel hacker's memory are actually a great introduction to digimon for pokemon fans, since their gameplay is very similar to pokemon (and smt).
like i said in , though, you can only get the first game physically now because it's been delisted from psn, so be aware of that.
videogames won't cure your depression they'll probably just make it worse
I get you, I enjoy reading documentation and making-of stuff from software, movies, games, cars, ships, etc. but I absolutely loath novels, poetry and all that gay shit.
Eat my ass you stupid nigga
Lurk moar
Trurn your depression into violent rage by playing hotline miami 2
Earthbound.
Sing your heart out after beating the shit out of a one eyed mad man with a knife that is always stalking you in Yakuza Kiwami. Or if you have never played Yakuza before, start at Yakuza 0. It takes time to build up the story but it's a damn good one.
>No one says soothe in real life.
Maybe because all the people in your life have a limited brainlet vocabulary, judging by your writing
>emulating AC
Why?
Wait a minute, I've heard some strange things about that particular game.
