I would buy some of the most beloved IPs I can find, then make sequels that would betray the orignal audience and be everything they don't want in a game, but is still good/competent enough to sell fairly well. take the revenue, rinse and repeat.

It would be a drop in drop out style online co-op RPG. A huge world map around the size of a standard MMO. Set in a high fantasy medieval environment. It have an amazing base building mechanic that goes from either a beautiful player home, to a sprawling city with tons of life. A real focus on NPCs, making cities feel alive, make the NPCs dynamic and focus a good budget into developing AI that has amazing combat depth but also surpasses our current technology and auto generates voice lines to fit current situations. The list of things I'd do with NPCs is huge. A great weather system. Focus on atmosphere and graphics along with amazing ost and gameplay. Fuck there's so much shit I just want a really good rpg to come out with in depth base building I can't let my autism run like this anymore

The DnD world hack n slash game what is basically like doom but in fantasy world and power metal instead of death metal. Protagonist will be a mercenary, bounty hunter and treasure hunter in plate armour loving his job and talking like Duke nuken and serious Sam combined while slaing fuckton of orcs, bandits, chromatic dragons, undead and all that kind of fantasy evil stuff.
