I don't understand on a logical level how this makes sense, your teammate already knows they've messed up if they let a goal past. Putting additional pressure on them by being an arsehole for the short term satisfaction of getting to be mean to a stranger does not help you win.
If I'm playing ranked and somebody completely fucks up I tell them no problem, they'll do better next time without being preoccupied thinking about how much they hate me.
