Unsure actually, the official specs on the website say that the Switch is using a different engine, presumed to be based on the first version of the Soft Engine, and because of that everyone's been assuming that butt jiggle is gone in favor of HD Rumble Titty fondling.

Buy eshop cards from playasia, set up new Nintendo account set in japan, add new user on Switch, give that user new jap account, have jap user enter eshop, fumble through moonrunes until you redeem the codes then buy the game.

Not sure if you can immediately delete the jap user after the game downloads, I'll test it out later.
