dayum, all these problems and you just increase my wage by doing damage to yourself that could be fucking avoided by simply keeping distance from the screen and going on a walks when sunlight is still up (uv hardens the lens and doesn't let short/farsight to develop in lens, but it might be issue with eyeball length and that is unavoidable, genetics)
