wait for E3
Jade Raymon is an oldface now
hahha how does it feel, she took credit for Assassins Creed but she is a talent less slut.
They're thinking normies won't care but the reality is that most normies do NOT game on anything resembling a computer, and do NOT use ethernet.
all joking aside, this is going to bomb as hard as ouya or whatever, right?
>how can we extract more information out of people to further our interests?
Yes
Technical shit aside why the fuck did they name it Stadia with that shit logo??
shit was dead seconds after they said "streaming" and we all started making fun of them
What good is all this information collection? What is it actually used for? Advertising? I block all ads so it doesn't do anything for me. And the few that get though I ignore.
I feel like there is an information bubble growing and it's going to explode in google's face
Stadia is the plural form of stadium, a place where games are played.
The logo resembles a stadium crossed with the wifi logo.
Hopefully so.
I’m half convinced this was their attempt to put Naver out of business, since Korea is one of the few places where Stadia would work well for normies and hasn’t had its search traffic dominated by Google yet.
Not even normies will eat this shit up
>people actually said they didn't notice the lag or shit quality with project stream
>this includes people paid for their supposed expertise in tech
>google actually believed them
this whole industry is asinine
Massive input lag isn't a problem if you have no games. Google is playing 4D chess while you're eating crayons.
Training machine learning models
>Stadia can be an anagram of STD or AIDS
Ass Creed and Doom
that's two AAA games I'll be playing on my $50 netbook in 1080p/60fps
enjoy your 30fps consolecuck
So how is this shit going to work? If I watch a video on youtube and see a "Play Now" icon and click it, is it going to start Steam/Epic/GOG etc and play the game through a web browser, or am I gonna have to buy games again specifically for Stadia? Kinda defeats the purpose if that's the case. Is Stadia a distro like Steam? This is literally the first I'm hearing of this shit so I don't know anything about it. Also, fucking input lag is ridiculous
>massive input delay
Wrong
Also, how long until it's able to play pirated games?
its standalone. you need to buy games for it
Stadia does sound like STD
in that case, DROPPED
If they can fix the input lag (which is unlikely) and somehow have Stadia link to other distros like Steam/GOG so you can play games you already own without having to rebuy games, only then will I entertain the thought of buying into this shit
how does it represent a stadium? because its an "S" ?
Can't wait for the salty tears of hardwarefags.
Chadstadia is here.
>watching a live online video stream
>a well established and developed technology
>of Google's conference, by Google's cameras, on Google's YouTube
>on my high-end PC and fast fiber optic internet
>stream tears, skips, lags, and artifacts
And game streaming should be better because?
It kinda looks like the bleachers of a stadium if you were standing on the field.
Its gonna shit ton of Asian support mostly from jap developers considering google is big worldwide. Most playstation exclusives will go multiplat unless they're first party or exclusive deal
10.7 TERAFLOPS
yes, onlive and geforce now were/is better than this shit and still tanked horribly
google won't sell as a gaming brand
That was a conference for DEVELOPERS, not for (You).
youtube.com
Yea Forums will eat anything up
Then why did they stream it to (You)
Thats below even a mid-tier PC. Hell both PS5 and XTwo will be better then that
Since (You) chose to watch it.
E3 is for fucking game journalists, you watch it anyway.
They were thinking, "FUCK YOU slow internet people."
